After a summer packed to the brim with weddings, weekend trips, family vacations and alright, a few too many wild afternoons spent at Wegmans, Matt informed me that we are on a spending lockdown for a while. Come to think of it, his exact words were actually “you have to take the words ‘want’ and ‘need’ out of your vocabulary.”
Hrmph. While I agree with him that we need to get our financial accounts in gear for the future, I still…”wish” for a few things. Especially around this time of year. Seriously, if someone were to ask me what my clothing style was, I’m beginning to think I might just say “fall.” Big comfy sweaters, dark skinny jeans and riding boots…that’s what my haute couture dreams are made of. Throw in a new bag, dark polish and a small little “love” ring and I swear I won’t “want” or “need” anything else for the rest of 2013.
